I am a licensed Real Estate agent in Florida though I made my license inactive a few years ago. There were two aspects of the job I thoroughly enjoy. The first is people. I get jazzed at meeting new people, hearing a bit of their story, and asking questions to learn how to best assist them with their buying or selling goals. It's also a joy to teach them about the process and answer any questions they may have. The second is the paperwork. I'm not kidding; I'm serious! I fancy the challenge of thorough contract preparation and offer writing. It thrills me when all the Ts are crossed and Is are dotted.

During the almost five years my husband and I worked our Real Estate business as a team I was the Transaction Coordinator...and I am sure you can see why. After stepping away from active real estate sales, I realized the part of the business I had always enjoyed most was the detail work: contracts, timelines, communication, compliance, and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks.
